The invisible boxes have been removed over a year ago from the maps. The only reason they are present in the vacuum script is because the codes are still part of the game code i.e. main.swf file. Here is how to find them yourself:
Step 1. Download main.swf
1) Open game client (space map) using Opera and wait for game loading to finish but
DO NOT press the START button
2) Go to the
Cached Items menu (Tools->Advanced->Cache) in Opera browser
3) Scroll down and look for
bpcdn.net and press on
list on right hand side
4) Press Ctrl+F and search for
main.swf
5) Right click on it and press
save linked content as
6) Select the directory and save the file
main.swf
Step 2. Find the invisible bonus box codes
1) download Flash Decompiler Trillix by Enigma Software demo is fine for what you need
2) Open
main.swf using the decompiler
3) Navigate the tree on the right as indicated in the picture by the red rectangle main.swf->Scripts(1)->ActionScript3.0->etc.. till you reach
package collectable
4) click on the middle panel and scroll down till you find the codes.
