Hey, anyone know how to make Item Upgrading really works? Coz, there are suck man.

I know the whole thing is worthless, but the only way you can be 100% sure it will upgrade is by spending the Uri to bring the upgrade to the max possibilities...again, you need to click on the arrow that raises the probabilities to succed to 100%... it is the only way I know...
