captcha trader not working with kbot

hi can anyone help me please don't know why but captca trader isn't working with kbot when i enter my details for captcha trader into the kbot control center it just says captcha trader server down but it seems fine to me just that kbot isn't working with it, should i make a different account for captcha trader or something ? thanks
