A few month ago, I payed for one IBOT GG license (120 USD) and I don't have any problem to use the bot until the new update (3.70). Meanwhile I bought one more license. On account of the profibot I see only a single license (the second one), the other does not appear at all. Support from profibot unfortunately just do not understand this. I have presented evidence of payment through paypal and still have not received any response for days.
Do you have any idea what to do?
Does anyone know how to contact them outside of that from the official site?
