Again, USE search button before posting. There was already an "Private DO serveR" thread few pages from here.
Anyways, there is actually no "Independent, Private DO serveR" atm and there wont be.
But there are licenced, official servers like "Rambler" ( russian ). Garena once had one but closed it! ( Miss my FE :< )
