Ok so the two options are
1. Get in a outfit with him ( You said he reject all invites to cross that off)
2. Join clan ( you said you got rejected so cross that off)
And both of them didn't work. The best possible way to find him by yourself is by using clues.
You said he bots, Probably in the lowers because who bots in 1-7?
After that since you know him he is probably over the level to get full rewards on 1,2,3( mattering on company)-1. I would know this since I bot it 1-2 (cloaked of course) he probably bots in X-2,3,4 cloaked because X-1 is the only maps with monsters that don't attack you first. This is an educated guess because in 1-5 sure you don't have monsters but you have real players looking for other real players and when they see a red dot on their mini-map they automatically know its not a monster if your cloaked or not. So the danger level skyrockets. He should be the blue dot that's cloaked on lowers flying where you see boxes disappearing.
