out of memory

i get this issue when my kbot.exe "raise" to 150-160 memory usage (mb ram). what i should do ?
it's annoying , i can not botin' more than 30 min and show up the error .
my pc works great - no errors or something like that .

1gb ram i think is ehough or we need 2 have sexa core/16GB Ram for this small program ?!
