wenn normal ein weises fenster kommt...dann siehts schlecht aus

my kbot 5-52 can't start i must instal the new version but i can't find it on kbotik.com ther is only the old and when i open the kbot then i can dowload it but i can't i don't know why i click on dowload and it's dowload but i haven't the new version and i clan't bot with the old where i get the versoin 5.53?
