Yeah, but it seems every once in awhile somebody gets the inside scoop. Hopefully next weekend so 50% honor is out

If its any help to you, 5/7 double reward events have happened during the 2nd or 3rd weekend of each month (there's been 8 double reward events so far but one of them was repeated due to issues from the one before it so doesn't really count).

So I guess it's more likely to happen this weekend than the next or the one after it based on previous events - but like epete mentioned, nobody actually knows for sure anymore.
They used to give that info to the TR dev team but don't think they even do that now.

Missions -> shortly before you finish them, activate Pet, and finish Mission then.

Best way to lvl up is doing missions and or gates, both cases the pet must be activated before receiving the final rewards.
