From what I've tried so far I'd say golem is the most efficient atm.

How many skilltree points do you have already?
I'd recommend to go full upper row 2-1-5-2-3-5-3 (Health, Shield, Dodge)
Then 25% more hit chance, then on the 4+12% dmg

Pixel bots (all bots but golem) are always online.
