Yes and? Imo it's not up to us to judge any person with his/her motherland, that's not thier choice. You could have born in a poor city and have more important things to face against IRL, instead of learning English(I think you're underage like me and will realize that later
). I know a lot people from Pak, India and some arabian who plays on my server (us4) and they are not even graduated from primary school.
If they suck at english, just /ignore them until a CM comes
No offence, but it's a game, any kind of people can play it I think..
Also whole Turkish staff's language is pretty bad.
