He may have a BP portal access into your account. Send message to support to remove all portals from the acc and that should be enough. Do this especially if you bought the account you're using, then it is almost guaranteed this person is using bp-portal :P

They removed the option to add accounts to bigpoint portal but all the accounts that had portal link still have them. And i removed my portal 6 months ago and they removed it right away without asking anything. Just be polite and they will help you
I need some help. Someone is able to access my account some how. I have changed my Username, password, and email. But some how they can still access my account. How? So far they haven't sold anything, but they were killing bks and then died?

I collect the boxes since ~4 hours today, during 1 hour I received a lot of uridium, and since... Nothing... Only ammos :/
I'm sure that they prepare a big update, but the uri won't come from those boxes for me
