There shouldnt be any change with shield penetration.

SLL-01 and SLL-02 can be found in shop
SLL-03 can be found in in-game assembly

the account is mine and I used it to make credits in a clan but i didnt need it and i put a fake email on it (20minutes) to evade several ads from bigpoint, but now a friend is asking for an account to start over and my accounts with around 100 millions can be useful to start again; so there is any posibility?

Depends on your X4 dmg but x4 is probably faster but you can combine it or try both.
