More likely 10 seconds active, then 10 seconds cooldown.

I hope they will balance the skill desings xD
But how can u say tartarus isn't op?In my opinion it is op because it have more hp than a goliath,same shield as a goliath and 14 lasers and is faster than anything else.

because when you hunt with tartarus best is to have 2 full speed configs, so players with a slow config have benefit.

using 2 full speed configs on tartarus is useless,it has over 640 speed,so a single speed conf is enought,so judging it status it is owerpowered,it can hunt noobs,but if he find an good pvp player he just run.....
