I spent 10-15 min to search it however, I don't think it is so fast as it's said in the thread.. hope it helps to you.

Did "Dome" formation is good lol ? I never saw someone using it ..

Dome is alright if you know how to use it lol but very rare do u get the chance
basically if u want to rep shields quickly in a fight instead of going to diamond and loosing the HP u can use Dome and keep the HP but thats only if your out of combat for a few seconds to make sure u have time to change back formation

Yes that makes sense .. I just don't understand why ppl are using Diamond instead of Ring.. ? Just go off combat for enough time go Ring and you'll repair all shield fast then switch back to your formation and vioala - full shield!?
