a) That's the smartest thing to do imo, as you get Zeus/Apis parts, some chance to get LF4s and designs.b) I believe this would be a mistake. There's some chance you'd get all LF4s you need from the Kappa gates you're going to do in the future. You might also get many of them while collecting golden boxes.
c) You need moth for Zeta and doing gates/hunting in general. Drill will help you hunting normal NPCs down and Diamond will give you enough sustain if you're too lazy to circle kristallons.
d) Is this ship design? Like Sentinel? Nah, you don't need those crappy designs. Bastion foreveя!<3
e) Don't buy more PPs -> you'll get log files from zeta and other gates!
