How? You first get 30% discount from premium and rebate, which is 30% and then 25% extra discount. So basically, let's say you want to upgrade something which cost 10.000 Uridium without anydiscount, then it will be: 10.000 x 0.7 x 0.75 = 5.250 Uridium
