they are between 5-7 hours time difference from gmt depending on the west coast or east coast. But i believe GA servers are 5 hours behind

You can retrieve accounts you once had if you supply the correct information and payment details liked with your account and support will somewhat give it back to them :/
Stupid system as usual with Bigpoint as people abuse it when the sell accounts and use it to get them back immediately and scam people.

With Kara i guess its not possible!
The only thing he could do is going to police if there happened theft. Without that its ot possible!

i have retrieved account that have been hacked from me. All you have to do is show evidence that you have had that account. That involves payments on that account, previous names, User id etc etc. It is possible but not always will support give the account back because sometimes the IP will not be on the account for long enough thats only if they check that though. But doubt it.
