So he bought an influence design(i think it's the right name) but he changed cia like,he bought the mmo design but changed to vru,my question is,if he uses that design he helps mmo or vru?

Doesnt matter wich company you're. you will still get the design bonus.

That event was months ago, it doesn't matter which company you're in, the 7% damage still counts
