Tell them instead of posting here. They will help with any information you can proove it is your payment.

Is there anyone enought trusted capable to enter an account and change email?
A friend received an account time ago from someone who quitted the game, without changing the email, he kept playing and the account got better, could someone change the email?

Sorry to say but this sounds a little bit suspicious ^^
If there is any bug to change email without having to confirm with the previous email the people who know it won't be willing to let other people know such bug exists.
