U dont earn 10k uri per hour .. for zeta for example u need 2k ees .. that means 20h palla collecting + 1h for zeta to get atleast ~50k uri ..
With a b c u make more uri but fot me cubes are better.
I would recommend cubes when online and leave PET for a palla cargo when you log out But if you use uri for gates its a waste, you build faster gates with palla, I think is faster to collect 15 palladium than earning 100 uri??

On your x-1, x-2, x-3 and x-4 , leonov has x2 DMG bonus for rockets and laser DMG. So you are making 7k DMG with credit rocket! (Can go to 10k with seprom and special formation)
