dont say what the bug does, only to kamieniarz, ljstc or the ppl from the other ug if you want to join them

but there rules if you join 2 ugs - you cant just say "hey iam gonna take this bug out of this ug and for that i take that bug out of that ug and everyone is happy"
if we would want that we could merge the ugs ...
