With an E-Mail hack he can get your Account.

He can't scam you . He has your e-mail but this doesn't help him . He needs your SID to be able to change e-mail.

I have the e-mail change program so i know what i'm talking about

No you can not be scammed but as said the accounts can be checked and then reported meaning you lose everything gained without the ability to regain them as BP block them
