Also kennt wer der Trusted ist den BUG?

But that his his problem. But if it´s his account who should write complaint to support. and you can change your ip

yes, but not completly. Just last numbers and the DNS and ISP stays the same, so this isn't a solution...

Yes. That´s correct. But I´m sure there are ways to change them even if I don´t know them...

possible, but I know just one way. You must cancel the contract with you ISP and start a new one, eventually change your network adapter to change your MAC adress too...
