ibot - darkorbit

Hi,

I am using the ibot 3.13 gg on darkorbit for it to collect bonousboxes and i tell it to get bonous boxes not to shoot any aliens not to run from enemy and when i click start it goes straight to port and then wont let me do anything else... straight to station if im in x1,
why is it doing this how can i fix it please help me
