Confirmed! Tried on botted account It doesnt show up "visually" but you get a spare tech so you get 4

Im not sure. Like i said i dont know if it works or not. But if people see you using all 4 at once then more likely yes you will.

Shooter der Bug ist eigentlich nur Verschwendung von 150k Uri und du hast immer nur 1 Tech davon und kannst die auch nur sofort kaufen.
