I use:

ServerJID:
USER/PIN: My Darkorbit Acc name and Password (right ?)

Although in the top: "Customer Account: "Offline" And when I push the Refresh button, same Alert appearse.

Wrong... you can put on name and password whatever you want man.
just register in jabber and thats all
