wow 0,75€... Did you got any response? From which country you send it? Normally german support (email) aren´t friendly -.-'
an admin says me that they still don´t know what they do with those using credit bug.

at my account the first days of ban is errror 13 and after the first week its error 99... Just sometimes 13, not realy often...

my acc takes me error=16 and it looks me a white site 
after lockin at the server.
is error 16 also banned??
99 is perma bann!

i think 99 is perma ban. got a ban some months ago with one acc, but don't remember whether it gots 13 or 99. tried to login now, but i got error 99.

On my Germany 4 Acc I get Error 99 and this still after the banwave 6 Months ago using UDOBot. 'Get Error 13 only if server is in maintenance.
