If you've actually spent money on the account, and its older than a few months, You can e-mail support and beg for your account back, proclaim to them that you're a on-going paying customer.
If need-be, link them to:
and say that; if anything you should be at stage 1 [or stage 2], so should only be suspended for a week.
Its worked in the past for other players, Once on gb1 a player admitted to botting in chat (By accident) and ended up getting their account back.
