Kbot license active problem

So i Have 25 Euro in my costumer id in kbot cc but i want to active 1 license for my friend's ship.
When i try to log on his ship it says license expired(thats true) but it doesn't add the ship id in my kbot cc list of ships, so i can't active the license...
Is there any other way to add the ship in the list besides logging in it with kbot because it is just now working if the 24h license already expired...?

I had the same problem. I didn't get my ship ID in cc either. I wrote an e-mail with my customer ID and ship ID and then it was done.

you can also transfer funds to his kbot control center. just send euro amount to his kbot control center. ask your friend what is his customer id in kbotcc.

I can't, when i try it says: You are not a reseller...
And Ivan is not answering in skype... Does it always take so long for him to answer?

Notears, how do you expect ivan to answer you on skype if he has not been online? You just have to keep checking the site and wait till someone is online so they can help you, posting here complaining isnt going to make things go faster.

Ive been on for the past 10hors and not seen ivan.
