I have problems with Kbot 4.99!

Hello guys!
There are 5 days that I can not use 4.99 kbot the unlimited license, but I also do not know why I do not work! I also updated the Jabber server but nothing!
Let me explain what it does!
I am choosing server then does all of its proceedings and when it comes to "Loading Maps"
failing to map remains firm and makes me do the whole procedure again! I hope in you that can help me!

Ps: I am Italian and I used google translate
PPs: I also uninstalled and installed kbot many times but with no result!

Download somewhere in your computer then RUN it , dont run with browser , or download with Internet Explorer, some browser is rename it like .txt file,the file must be .reg file

Go to C:/Doc. and settings/(curent user)/.Ibot/ and delet Ibot properties.
This should work!
