Problem with Kbot activation

Hi guys,

I have a problem with KBot activation. Frist I had trouble with getting my Money on my CustomerID. Now I have 15 Euro on my Account. But there is no UserID in my Control Center where I can activate the licence...

I tried to log into my account wiht Kbot but this also don't work. When the Kbot is checking the licence I wait some seconds the I has to select again my server. When I have done this again. It checks again the licence then I has to select again my server... And it doesn't connect to the map.

How can I put my UserID in the Control Center of KBot? Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Hi,

zuerst hatte ich Problem, dass mir das Geld auf meinem Control Center von KBot angezeigt wird. Als jetzt endlich angezeigt wird weiß ich nicht, wie ich das ganze aktiviere.
Auf der Seite soll man eine UserID im Control Center auswählen, aber bei mir wird keiner angezeigt. Nur halt, dass ich 15€ habe.
Wenn ich mich dann mit dem KBot einloggen will, gebe ich meine Daten ein und dann wähle ich Server aus.
Wenn ich den asugwählt habe, checkt er meine lizenz. Dann warte ich paar Sekunden und aufeinmal soll ich nochmla Server auswählen oO
Und das immer und immer wieder, er lädt einfach nicht die Map -.-

Wie kann ich die Lizenz aktivieren? Kann mir jemand bitte helfen?

Zur Not schreibst du eine E-mail und hast einfach mal ein bisschen Geduld.

Ja, aber wie bekommt man die UserID in das KBot Control Center? Kommt das automatisch? Oder wie funktioniert das ?!

How can I put the UserID in my COntrol Center? Or will this happen automatically because in my COntrol Center there was no UserID -.-

Klar, habe ich. Sonst hätte ich ja keine Customer ID mit meinem Geld darauf^^

Steht da offline oder was? Mal refreshed?
Schreib doch wie gesagt eine e-mail, dann klärt sich das. Vielleicht liegt da ja auch ein Fehler vor, den wir hier jetzt gar nicht kennen.
