no , i dont know a bot like that...but it is the helper tool from ink and gahn and you can log out when they do attack to you , and ink's tool have some more function but it isnt free

they use a bug called"unlimited EMP ".
they can use Emp without time wait,but you cant see it.

Its actually a bug that bugpoint have created, ive had people login to the game and i can not get a lock on them or have just been popped.
