Just set ship to repair 95%.Make cfg with full speed and full shields, and pray to escape when enemy atack you, then your ship run to portal for repair and you have a chance to escape and not block in portal.Good luck.

Today i receive - 2 Captcha, but i don`t loose this 2 acc, they cut 40% experience.
