WHEN i open DHP , open a another WINDOW , In Thw Window Write YOU AREN'T (DON'T) CONNECTION THE INTERNET ! And After The DHP Closed. DON'T WORKING ! You Understand ?

What is blocking DHP connection? This guy, aaaaaa111222, said that the browser window canno't connect to internet. This is crazy man. I stop explain, maybe someone esle will can help this guy much more than me.

I did, because DHP checks for internet connection, and if it's not connected to the internet, then it shows this error...

Ouuuuaaa, now I understand. Man close your windows firewall or add the DHP like an exceptions. IF u have another firewall, just set DHP like an exception. Oh ***, i understood so hard
