DOModuleEye Discord Bot

About
DOModuleEye is a direct message discord bot that allows you to see all your modules in Darkorbit over discord. It processes commands prefixed by '!'.

Motivation
You have many modules and can't be bothered to look through them all, or you look through them all but always feel like you've missed one.
Useful for account selling, and figuring out if you have missed better modules in your inventory.

Personally, I only wrote the bot cause of the "Chaos Protegit" event and couldn't be bothered to manually check each of the modules.

Getting started
Direct message the bot with the command "!start <dosid> <server>"
For example: !start 4jlk342klj213j int1
This will make the bot connect to your darkorbit account and get all your module information

NOTE: this is the only time the bot will connect to your account, afterwards it will just use the module information it loaded in, so you can obtain a new session id and the bot will still work.

Filtering by Ship Name
All other ship names are supported, which you can view using "!shipnames"

Filtering by Color

Filtering by a Stat Modifier

Sorting by a Stat Modifier

Filtering the first X modules

Licensing and Payment
Price: 2e per month PayPal

Invite Link:
Then look for Tawaret#9487 and DM me.

Licenses are bound to your discord account and expire after some number of days, every 2e will get you 30 days added to your license. It also supports the main discord bot located on the invite link above. You will get the @DME role on this server permanently.

Sharing
You are free to share with other people, however remember that your session id is very important so you should consider buying your own license rather than sharing.

Any issues please message me.

Equipping/Unequipping Modules
Bot can equip or unequip a chosen module to and from your ship, so you don't have to manually search it up and equip/unequip it.

Notice the numbering to choose the module from the list.

EDIT
- Added explicit numbering (see spoiler) on each module to make it easier for you to identify the position for equipping
- Added replying of the "selected module" you wanted to equip

DOModuleEye Website

The DOModuleEye Discord Bot now has his own website where you can see all modules he has seen!
Link:

For DME License Holders
To login to the website you will need to type the command `!webapp` to the bot to generate your access token for the site.

To generate a new token use the: `!newToken` command.

The token is bound to your license duration, once your license runs out you will no longer to able to access the site.

FAQ
Everyone can see my modules?
- No, only people who use the bot can see yours and you can see theirs

How do I tell the bot to put my modules onto the site?
- The process is automatic, every time you use the `!start` command the bot will write your modules to our database

When my license expires will I lose access to the website?
- Yes you will

What can I do on the site that I can't do on the bot?
- The "show" command has been removed, now to see all your modules (if you have hundreds) you will need to use the website to see them all. You can also compare you modules to others

Is my access token random?
- Yes

Any screenshots of the website?
- Yes, you can see some sample images on the website itself

Discord Bot Changes
Partition By Color
Use the "partColor" command

Sort Newest/Oldest Module First
Use "new" and "old" command respectively, useful for finding your newest modules amongst your entire collection in combination with "first" command afterwards.
(No screenshot since it's self explanatory what this does)

"Dead" Modules
- Bot will now determine whether any of your modules are "dead", by comparing your collection against your previous modules (if any)
- Bot will also tell you the number of "dead" modules it found, however to view these modules you'll need to use the website
What is a "dead" module?
A module that is no longer in your account's inventory
Possible reasons
- You de-stabilized the module
- You re-stabilized the module
- You sold the module

Improvements
- Whenever your license is extended, or you buy a new one, the bot will give you a welcome message, so you can quickly start to private message him
- Bot will now tell you the username, user id and server on loading the module collection for that account, following a "!start" call
- Fixed a bug that would cause an empty access token to be given when calling "!webapp" for the first time; it will now generate a token and give it to you

Website Changes
New Filter Keywords
The following new filter keywords were added: "dead" and "alive"

"Dead" Modules Display
These appear with BLACK background on the website.

Owned Accounts Display
- Added "Owned Accounts" display, where you can click on an owned account to filter modules for it only. Note that clicking another owned account will deselect a previously selected account (can only filter for 1 at a time)

What is an "Owned" account?
An account that you have had access to in the past, meaning you "own" some* of the modules discovered for that account.
*filtering by an "Owned Account" does not mean all modules displayed are "yours"; it may be that someone else discovered modules for that account before you! For example, if you bought the account off someone who used the bot on it previously.

Why is "Owned Accounts" useful?
It provides you quick access to filter the modules for a specific account you own.
