Why Paypal is such not Crypto-friendly?

What is the best way to buy Bitcoin or any Cryptocurrency (or even Stablecoins) for PayPal right now?

Because you can revert transactions quite easily with Paypal and from what I heard, there has been some events where Paypal even made it easier for crypto transactions


That's why you dont see it much or with rather high fees

I understand it, and yet what is currently the best method of buying BTC for Paypal?

private persons that trust you. Is the best way to have a fair exchange.
Besides that there ain't good xchange options for PP into BTC.

If we talk about individuals providing PP exchange services for BTC. What is an adequate weighted average percentage of the exchange commission? I assume it in the range of %10?
