Just check the Cheats, Hacks, Bots & Exploits section, if there is a working wallhack it´s usually posted there.

Oh hack requests are not allowed but people are allowed to post hacks with viruses and how can i know which one is working and which one is a Virus

i installed 2 new windows systems so far due to some fake hacks that corrupted my file extensions (.exe opens with notepad ??!! wtf>)

No, posting viruses is also forbidden.
To avoid your PC being damaged, only download files tested with Virustotal. Also read some user posts to see if there´s a virus in the hack (since most posts are German that should be a bit difficult but maybe try Google Translator, it should give you the main idea of the post).
