Question CrossFire badges How to?

hallo elitepvpers ich habe mal ne frage. undzwar ihr kennt ja sicherlich die kill badges von cf. meine frage ist es wie macht ihr sie? und mit welchen programm (download link wäre echt nett ) macht ihr sie?
ich sage schonmal danke und hoffe auf eure antworten.
