To cheat or not to cheat ???

You see there are hacks downloaded in the internet that you'll gladly turn off your anti virus to open because you know it wont **** up your system and there are hacks that s just too suspicious even just by downloading it. What im trying to ask is are those cheats in this website trusted? i tried to download one but failed to open it since there are some error and also its from a Russian website so +points to suspicion

You can't say webside x/y is trusted or not. It doesn't work this way, save is to script your own hacks. Otherwise you could check out the hack section.
