i don't know if someone created a topic regarding the same issue if there's any please send me a link if not here it goes.
i have a top urgent huge issue , i'm a cyber lab owner and i have crossfire install on all of the place's PCs and the problem is as the following :
when the user login to crossfire with is normally installed on Driver C: and fully updated with the latest patch , it logs normally goes onto the login screen and they successfully login , entering a server and channel , then after joining a game and as soon as the loading screen finishes and the player is on the starting platform or area all the other players in-game just freeze like a lag spike , but then the player is kicked out of the match room showing a message error which says " failed to connect to host server " and even after retires the issue still stands , i tried to uninstall then reinstall the game and also tried cleaning my PCs and i found nothing during cleaning for viruses and registry entries .... the firewall is off i have no antivirus install on the PCs right now , i even turned off the router's firewall .

PS : other online games like Combat Arms , WoW , League of Legends , Archlord 2 & S4 are working without any problems or lags.
please i need your urgent help on this i always turned for elitepvpers & its respectful users whenever i had an issue so please don't let me down this time as i'm really losing my customers, thanks in advance & appreciating your quick reply.
