Allerdings hat er recht. Denn die DB zu Hacken o.ä. ist kein "Hack" & gehört hier garnicht rein.
Ein normalen Tool o.ä. ermöglicht es nicht, ZP oder RP zu "Hacken". Genauso wenig
funktioniert es bei anderen Spielen, und es wird auch nie funktionieren. Ich denke
an der DB kommt keiner ran, wenn sie gut gesichert ist. Somit ist der Thread doch
recht unnötig, da muss ich Sheriff. recht geben.

Ein Server zu eröffnen ist allerdings auch Illegal. (EU&NA ausgeschlossen, P-Serv. gemeint)

It's possible and I've seen a guy do it on a private server (Blaze).

All you have to do is bypass the XTRAP detection for packet editors, then find the packet responsible for gaining GP or ZP/RP (on the server, you get 800 BP for daily missions, so it's much easier, since it's fairly easy to find), and then you either resend it a few times (most likely safer if you don't literally spam it), or edit it to a higher value and send (although, it's not possible for the daily mission method on that particular server).

Of course, it's easily detectable but only if they look for a specific thing, so things like this should not be detected unless you spread the word. Getting caught will absolutely get your account permabanned, and the host company might even sue you.

Nevertheless, it's fairly easy to do since CrossFire as a game has almost NO ENCRYPTION on the packets (even login sends plain text over internet lol).

However... doing that is highly illegal and will result in more than a ban... Just saying that cuz' kids might try to do it since you tell them how "easy" it is...

I did try it last year, i can say im a bit professional at this things, with wpe editor and etc. but its harder as i tought to get the packets. I would say no one should try this. Would i be able to get and modify the packets, i wouldnt use it cause its to much risky. After a year thinking about i was verry idiotic to try it
