Why CrossFire Is Slow Like This ?

Note: If any one will say because the record program its not the reason it be slow too when i close the all programs ( E.x: Skype Google Chrome ) and be slow I dont know why help me please

and im not lag because the program work but when i close it lag be 60 or 76 but still slow
