Hello. I play CF on my laptop using touchpad and its really hard for me, Can someone recommend me what mouse sensitivity should I use and What gun I should use. I have ZP aswell so I can buy ZP guns aswell! Thanks

I wouldn't even play it without a mouse.
But I guess the M4A1 would be the best. Which CF version?

mouse sensitivity,10-20 if your not the type of moving fast motion.
