I'm pretty sure you have to enter ID and password which are sent to you then, eh?

Könnte man nicht irgendeine Regel einführen, dass nur User mit 100+ Beiträgen etwas releasen dürfen oder soetwas in der Art?

erstens ist die datei nur 201 kb groß
zweitens man scannt doch keine rar datei sondern die exe
drittens es ist kein virus aber ein schlecht programmiertes tool (wahrscheinlich c&p vb tool)
viertens der error der kommt ist ja mal geil und in sandboxie erzeugt es einen error
5. die aufmachung ist schlecht du hättest die label durchsichtig machen müssen und denn button auch
