PLZ HELP was ist da los?

ich hab mir das schonmal geholt da ging es auch so jetzt will ich VMware Öffnen jedoch kommt dort nen error:

"Auf das angegebene Gerät, bzw. den Pfad oder dir Datei kann nicht zugegriffen werden. Sie verfügen eventuell nicht über ausreichend Berechtigung, um auf das Element zugreifen zu können."

das hatte ich früher noch nie.
dann wollte ich das setup ausführen da kam das gleiche error.

PLZ HELP ich brauche es
