One out of 55 scanners said its a virus. So its definitely one yes.

Biesi, how come it is undetected for others and detected for some? Is this something that is bound to happen where xtrap gets lucky, or is it impossible for such a case to happen and the user probably ran the hack incorrectly? Please reply I really want to understand how this works so I can take better precautions in the future. Thanks!

You have to install it and reboot your system. You did not install it correctly or the installation failed if you get this message.

I redownloaded it, restarted my computer, it opens for a second than the message pops up. I don't know what you mean by install it. I don't see any installation, once it's downloaded when I open it the message appears.
