1. Extract the file into a folder in your desktop(Any Folder)
2. Run the hacktool as administrator.
3. Open your CF.
4. The Controls on how to use the cheat is your arrow keys
5. ENJOY!

If it is not your work, then provide a proof with credits or the source.
AV scan is also missing.
By just giving universal instructions to a "hacktool" (written wrong) this file looks very suspicious and it is unlikely someone >15 (or anyone) will download it.
