When you first see this weapon the only thing you can think about is going rambo in the open field with guns blazing right?
You're WRONG
You have a support weapon in your hands, your objective is to supress the enemy, not to kill and rank 1st on the server, since you have a 100 round clip, you can fire for longer than the enemy or your teammates, to use it well, you need a covered place, once you are in position, wait for your team to move off it's cover, once they are in the open, the enemy will open fire, to prevent this, supress him, now i'll teach you how-to.
Supressing fire
this tactic is used to take from your enemy the opportunity to return fire, no one sticks their head in front of a blazing machinegun, so, when you fire at the enemy's cover, you're not hitting him, but preventing him from hitting you and your tem mates, if mutiple enemies are present, fire 2 second bursts and change targets, this will keep your enemy with his head down, and will give a team mate to sneak on him with a shotgun and kill him without getting hit(shotgun tutorial will come)
Ok, so the enemy is down? grab your pistol and move to the next point, having an MPfiver running along with you may help you re-deploy, if you can sucessfully use the supressive fire, you can also block enemy movements defensively, good luck soldier, dismissed.
