How do case farmers sell their stuff

I am wanting to get into farming myself on cs2 and thought about how case farmers manage to sell their cases on 200+ accounts? Do they have to setup steam guard individually on all the accounts? Or is their a thing inside their botting software that does it all for them at once.

they probably trade them to some account, which then he sells the cases

Every account needs Steam Guard, there’s no way around that. Large farmers just find ways to manage them all faster
